A Note on Hiring an Attorney for Your Personal Injury Case

Before you hire a lawyer, be sure to ask questions. You should be secure with the answers to the following:

  1. What are your qualifications for handling my case?
  2. Why do you want to take my case?
  3. Why do you do what you do for a living?

If you are surprised by the response (or lack thereof), you should choose a different attorney.

* CV, BV, and AV are registered certification marks of Reed Elsevier Properties Inc., used in accordance with the Martindale-Hubbell certification procedures, standards, and policies.
